Having been raised in a highly competitive environment alongside eight other siblings, Audrey developed resilience early on. However, numerous injuries stemming from activities like cheerleading left her grappling with unrelenting physical distress. A pivotal moment arrived when she encountered the Evolve team who suggested that her issues could be linked to an underlying condition – EDS. Motivated by this newfound understanding, she made the conscious decision to shift towards holistic practices over mainstream medical approaches.

Following her graduation from IBMC College with top honors and obtainment of a Massage Therapist diploma, Audrey now endeavors to utilize personalized treatments emphasizing deep tissue work complemented by cupping techniques to maximize therapeutic benefits tailored specifically for each client’s unique needs during every session.
